The Belgian company Melexis N. V. offers microelectronic semiconductor solutions worldwide. For the new building of the Bulgarian branch in Sofia with its own production, research and development unit as well as modern office space, Lindner supplied and installed almost 3,000 m² of Plafotherm^® heating and cooling ceiling systems in various designs.

Just in time for the end of 2022, Lindner Bulgaria EOOD completed Phase I of the new Residential Park Lozen housing complex: Among the 135 homes built are terraced houses, detached and semi-detached houses. A total of 59 additional houses will follow in the second phase.

The new year starts with the construction of two office buildings of the associated Office Park – which will also accommodate the employees of Lindner Bulgaria.

The Residential Park Sofia consists of 150 buildings with 480 units which 1,500 inhabitants call home. This prestigious property for urban living was developed by Lindner Real Estate & Project Development, while Lindner Bulgaria EOOD acted as a general contractor with responsibility for all construction works.
