The 'Business Park Sofia' has been completely developed by Lindner. Lindner Bulgaria was the main contractor of the the buildings 1 to 14, 2A, the multi-storey car park and the Globul Switch Center. Comprising 15 buildings, a total built-up area 186 300 sqm, high-grade office space, restaurants, stores and a multi-storey car park. The project has been awarded a first class certificate for foreign investment by the Republic of Bulgaria.
