The Marco Polo Tower in Hamburg is centrally located in the new Hafen-City. The 17 floor residential tower offers 58 one- and two-storey luxury apartments with a size up to 340 m^² spread over 15 floors. A major challenge for the design was the great variety of floor plans. This resulted in a complex, individual design and customised production of the facade and glass railings. We also realised customised solutions of steel-glass facades in the atrium area.

The WestendGate in Frankfurt, also known as the Marriott Hotel, was refurbished extensively. Lindner was responsible for the revitalization of the facade. The works included the removal of hazardous materials in the spandrel areas, the new finishing of the rainscreen cladding with integrated solar panels, the replacement of blinds, the sealing of the balustrade areas including the metal sheet linings and the cleaning and the recoating of the technical floors.

The shopping centre is accessible through three entrances: the north and south portal and the historic corner house on Tübinger Straße. This venerable building from 1900 was maintained through an extensive revitalisation. The other parts of the GERBER complex were enveloped in a natural stone facade, implemented as a post and mullion. Another special feature of the GERBER are its five town houses, built on top of the complex and grouped around a roof courtyard. Lindner Fassaden GmbH was contracted with the construction of the complete building hall of the GERBER complex. Furthermore, Lindner was contracted with the complete intrior fit-out of the building.

The Selecta Corporation ordered a new plant to extend the existing manufacturing facilities in Edling. The new building is conceived as production facility for wooden toys. Lindner realized the complete interior fit out and installed the technical equipment.
