The abbreviation BGM stands for corporate health management and describes the fundamental development of measures and framework conditions that promote the health and safety of the company's own employees. At Lindner, we implement this through various services and programmes: From health days, stress management and vitality to participative activities, information events, and the free use of our company-owned fitness studio. Through these efforts, we aim to prevent occupational illnesses and hazards and sustainably promote the well-being of our employees. Whether it is individual health and safety concepts on our construction sites or in the office, we place great importance to a safe and healthy working environment for our own employees as well as for the employees of our clients, subcontractors or other contractual partners. Our safety officers collaborate with external consultants to regularly develop concepts and conduct inspections to minimize workplace risks.

Good training and long-term career opportunities are important to us: That is why the promotion of young people at Lindner begins with a wide range of apprenticeships. Internships for schoolchildren, holiday jobs, special workshops and personality training for apprentices and young professionals round off our training and development concept. In cooperation with local schools and universities, Lindner regularly organises company visits, excursions and lectures for pupils and students. For example, we cooperate with the TH Deggendorf and Rosenheim Technical Colleges, which have their own professorships in the fields of sustainable construction and the environment, as well as building physics/fire protection. Other teaching activities and research projects with bachelor and master students take place at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and the OTH Regensburg – in the areas of product development, lightweight steel construction, acoustics and thermal comfort.

In gratitude for the positive development of the company, Hans Lindner established the Hans Lindner Foundation in 1998 – laying the foundation for further charitable foundations. Today, we are not only committed to helping colleagues and fellow human beings in need, but also offer numerous training programmes – from business management training to advice and support for business start-ups. We also support the Rottal-Inn Volunteer Agency's "Pack ma's" project by providing training and coaching for associations, as well as coordinating volunteers and neighbourhood assistance.
