A Building Physicist who focuses on the interactions between buildings and their
environment, emphasizing environmental physics and material science. Play a crucial
role in the design and functioning of buildings, ensuring optimal performance in terms of energy efficiency, thermal comfort, acoustics, and indoor air quality. The Building Physicist is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the physical performance of buildings by applying principles of physics, engineering, and material science. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that buildings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, energy-efficient, and comfortable for occupants. Considering all HS&E aspects by developing the façade system to avoid any human damage in following process such as production and installation. Focus of organic analytics is the analysis of material outgassing, so called VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
