Your First DIs it your first day at work? No need to get nervous! Because while changing jobs is often associated with nervousness, anxiety and uncertainty, we do everything we can to make your start with us as pleasant as possible. So let's take a look at what you can expect in your first few weeks and months with us.ay at Lindner
First of all „Welcome to the Lindner family!” On your first day, we – your future team and your manager – would like to get to know each other personally. You will have a contact person who will be at your side in the coming weeks and months to answer any questions you may have and to guide you through the induction process. In addition to your contact person, you will also meet your new colleagues today – they are looking forward to meeting you. You will also be given a short tour of our premises to familiarise yourself with your new workplace. An introduction to our hardware and software will round off your first day.
In the first few weeks at your new company, the most important thing is to get comfortable with your new tasks and feel at home in your new working environment. Experienced colleagues will be at your side every day to introduce you to the world of Lindner and answer any questions you may have.
An official welcome by Veronika Lindner is also on the agenda during the first few weeks of work: It is important to us that each individual is welcomed respectfully and warmly into our corporate family! In addition to the welcome event, there are a number of interdepartmental introductory events – for example on our benefits, our time tracking tool or the company's health management. One of the highlights is a tour of the production facilities at our headquarters in Arnstorf. In about 1.5 hours, you will have an exclusive look behind the scenes and see how our products are made.
Now that you have been part of our family for a few weeks, it is time to take on your first tasks and issues! You will work on your own projects according to your personal induction plan. At the end of your probationary period, we will look forward to working together in the future.
With that in mind: See you soon! We look forward to creating great things together.
