Since our foundation, we have continued to develop: Today, we are not only a product manufacturer and fit-out specialist, but also a financially strong general contractor with many years of experience. We are there for you at every stage of your project, providing expert advice on functionality, sustainability, technical requirements and construction and design details. As a general contractor, we can take care of all the trades involved in the interior fit-out if you wish – and we do it 'with heart and mind'.

As a general contractor, we provide all the services involved in the construction of a project: In addition to planning and brainstorming, a general contractor also supervises the trades and controls the progress of construction on site. The general contractor agreement stipulates that the building project is to be handed over as a turnkey project. In addition to in-house services, a general contractor may also hire subcontractors for selected construction services.

We take care of the complete interior fit-out for you – including all upstream and downstream services such as planning, development and completion. Subsequent alterations and other construction supervision are also in good hands with Lindner.
