One accountable project team coordinates all disciplines end to end – from concept and space planning through to installation and commissioning. Depending on the building and its use, tenant fit-out projects must consider requirements such as fire protection, acoustic performance, panic and emergency exits, and applicable technical regulations. If required, we coordinate the relevant disciplines and interfaces.
