Heating or cooling is achieved through a surface heating and cooling system integrated into the ceiling panel, which transfers the heat or cold via a closed water circuit. Unlike an air-conditioning system, the cooling ceiling does not blow cold air into the room, but heats or cools by means of heat supply/heat absorption. This means that there is no draught and that bacteria and dust particles are prevented from being stirred up.
