You will find our headquarters in the heart of Lower Bavaria, in Arnstorf to be precise: From here we coordinate our numerous international locations and create many of our products, e.g. ceiling, floor and wall systems, luminaires and façade elements. The bundling of the business divisions and competence centres at the headquarters brings great operational advantages for our company and our customers. As the largest training company and employer in the Rottal-Inns district, we create a large number of jobs and professional opportunities in the region: Most of our colleagues live in the Rottal or in the neighbouring districts of Dingolfing-Landau and Deggendorf ‒ but many of them also travel further to work.
Arnstorf is not only where our family business grew up, our employees also feel at home here. Many of them were raised in the area, went to school, made lifelong friends, started families and enjoy the beautiful nature and the Bavarian way of life. In the same way, new colleagues quickly feel part of the Lindner family.
The market town with its 7,000 inhabitants is situated between the meadows of the Kollbach river and the neighbouring hilly landscape of Lower Bavaria. The area can be explored on numerous cycling and hiking trails, and various lakes and the Bavarian Forest are within easy reach. The nearby mountains attract recreational athletes in summer as well as in winter – there is excellent hiking and skiing.
Culinary highlights are provided by the Schlossbräu Mariakirchen, which belongs to the Lindner Group, with its beer garden, and the organic farm Land.Luft with its restaurant in Leberfing, where you can end the day with your family or colleagues. If you are lucky, you will meet company founder Hans Lindner there when he taps the home-brewed beer for his guests.
With its low cost of living and wide range of leisure activities, Arnstorf is not only appealing to young families: The modern community with its wide range of cultural events, educational institutions, sporting events, shopping facilities, festivals and good transport links offers quality of life for all generations. Numerous events and festivals in and around Arnstorf, such as folk festivals, concerts, exhibitions and the medieval festival held every four years, create a varied programme. On hot summer days, Arnstorf's outdoor swimming pool is a popular meeting place. Those looking for a change of pace in the nearby towns are sure to find everything they need in Eggenfelden, Pfarrkirchen, Dingolfing, Landau an der Isar, Deggendorf, Passau and Landshut. Culture enthusiasts can expect professional drama, a musical theatre and theatre for young audiences as well as a theatre club for children at the Theater an der Rott in Eggenfelden. The association Technik für Kinder (TfK) also addresses the youngest and lets them discover the exciting world of technology in a playful way and with their own hands.
We have felt at home here for more than half a century now. As a 100 percent family-owned company, we are an active part of the market community and place particular value on social commitment: In the Parkwohnstift, which belongs to the Hans Lindner Foundation, not only elderly people find a home in community, but children are also looked after here. As a multi-generation house, the Parkwohnstift has a state-recognised vocational school for geriatric nursing and geriatric nursing assistance. Just like the Arnstorf primary school and the local Arnstorf secondary school, this school enjoys an excellent reputation, provides great added value for the community and is well networked with the secondary schools in the region.
