Minimalistic lines and an unconventional architectural design characterise the Aspira Business Center in the new business district in the southwest of Prague. 15.000 m2 of rentable office space and around 1.000 m2 of retail space are spread over ten floors. With a high technical standard, the building offers a pleasant working environment and blends harmoniously into its immediate surroundings. The Aspira Business Center is also the only building in the Czech Republic to have been awarded a two-star green construction certificate.

The Lindner Group made a significant contribution to the interior design with a project-specific ceiling solution: the entire LMD ceiling system made of perforated metal panels takes on the shape of a world map thanks to the SPREADline scatter perforation, becoming a highlight of the business centre. In addition, the copper ARTline surface gives the room an elegant and impressive look and creates a special feel-good atmosphere. This interplay of design and function creates a professional working atmosphere with aesthetic appeal.
