The Ferrero Technical Center in Alba, Italy, has been in operation since 2022. With the new 12,700 m2 building, designed by the Frigerio Design Group, the confectionery manufacturer combines industrial structures with sustainability – and focuses on the well-being of its employees. The Alba site is Ferrero's largest production facility in Italy and houses around 200 employees. Today, the ground floor houses the production facilities with technical equipment and an approximately 3,500 m2 workshop. The upper part of the building is used for offices and meeting rooms.
Lindner was also involved in the interior design of the 4,100 m2 of office space: Today, 3,200 m² of Lindner's Plafotherm® B and Plafotherm® E heated and chilled ceiling systems provide comfort in the work and meeting rooms. The ceiling systems with MOODline powder coating underline the elegant and timeless character of the building with their low gloss. Further Plafotherm® GK HEKDA with a seamless surface complete the project.
