The expansion of the new hds district office in Brixen marks an important milestone for the hds business association and its service cooperative. The association represents entrepreneurs in the trade, service, and hospitality sectors in South Tyrol. By relocating to an existing building within the "Station Center," conveniently situated near the train station, employees and customers now benefit from a centrally located, versatile, and modern environment. The "Station Center" combines office and commercial spaces with residential units, shops, a hotel, a bar, and underground parking facilities.
Under the guiding principle of #workhappier, hds aims to create an inspiring and functional working environment that fosters exchange and professional development.

The Lindner Group made a significant contribution to the design of the new office spaces by supplying high-quality construction elements. For the ceiling design, the Plafotherm® B 100 heated/chilled ceiling system was installed, ensuring a pleasant and balanced indoor climate in the office areas. The deep matte MOODline powder coating in natural white, combined with IS 17 integrated lighting, creates a bright and harmonious working atmosphere.

For the flooring, the raised floor system FLOOR and more® was selected, with the surface covering and its installation carried out by local expansion partners.

To divide the rooms, the Lindner Life Pure 620 glass partition system was used. A special feature: the system was fitted with a frosted film that can switch between transparent and translucent via electronic control.
