The Knorr-Bremse AG is a leading manufacturer of brake systems for rail and utility vehicles. With the new "Technology Center Knorr-Bremse 3", in short TCK3, the company extended its capacities for the research and testing of new breaking systems. In this course, extensive testing facilities and workshops have been constructed, as well as office and meeting areas.

Lindner SE took part in this project with numerous interior fit-out works. Glass Partitions of type Lindner Life Freeze 137 create spatial separation while maintaining a high level of transparency. The system has also been executed as a collapse-proof balustrade glazing in the atrium. Furthermore, Wooden Partitions of type Lindner Logic 100 have been installed as full partitions and also with part glazings. Doors have been installed in several variations. Dry construction works and plastering works have also been carried out. The atrium saw the fitting of baffle wall claddings. The building has also been fitted extensively with CAVOPEX Hollow Floors.
