Mimo vrste

The online retailer Mimo Vrste sells a wide range of items on its Slovenian domestic market, including electronics, fashion and household goods. The company also operates several stores that serve as showrooms for selected products and as local pickup points for orders. One of these stores is located near the centre of Ljubljana, where an area of over 1,500 m² has been set up.

Lindner contributed to the interior fit-out of this area with LIGNA raised floor systems. The floor panels are raised from the raw floor using pedestals. In this project, a 100 mm cavity was created in which various installations such as cable routes can be cleverly concealed. The raised floor design also allows individual panels to be removed from the floor surface at any point, thus providing access to the cavity below. This facilitates maintenance work and spatial changes in the sales area. Additional flexibility is provided by electrants and cable outlets that are seamlessly integrated into the floor panels, thus allowing quick access to the technical installations.
