The Norwegian National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo has played a major role in Norway's cultural life since its inauguration in 2003. The museum's collections comprise an impressive range of artworks – including paintings, sculptures and architectural masterpieces – that reflect Norway's history and identity.
Lindner made a significant contribution to the new construction of the National Museum's main building: from planning to implementation. Today, a variety of Lindner ceiling systems, such as luminous ceilings, stretch ceilings and textile ceilings, are installed between the works of art. In combination with Lindner wall claddings, they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, offering visitors an undisturbed art experience. In addition, Lindner was instrumental in the conversion and implementation of system partitions that maximise the flexibility and adaptability of the exhibition spaces.
