New Building Erbe 4.i

The Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH, a traditional family-run business from Tübingen, has been synonymous with innovation in medical technology since 1851. This tradition is being continued and expanded with the new production and development facility in Rangendingen, which covers an area of 25,000 m². The state-of-the-art building meets the KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 Plus and provides space for up to 500 employees. The new facility was partially occupied as early as the beginning of 2024, with additional employees moving in throughout the year.

The Lindner Group was commissioned to provide energy-efficient ceiling solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The Plafotherm® DS and Plafotherm® E heated/chilled ceiling systems ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate in the office and meeting rooms through radiant heating and cooling.
The innovative ceiling construction, featuring tool-free access for maintenance and a seamless ceiling appearance, highlights the high product quality and user-friendliness of Lindner ceiling systems.

In the upper section of the impressive atrium, the elegant LMD-E 200 hook-on ceiling with a deep-matt MOODline powder coating in white was installed. This ceiling blends seamlessly into the architectural design of the building, creating a timeless and bright atmosphere. Additionally, in the long corridor areas and distribution zones of the atrium, the foldable and movable LMD-E 312 ceiling, featuring integrated lighting, was used.

In the changing rooms, the LMD-L 609 metal baffle ceiling was installed – its tool-free sliding slats make it especially suitable for areas requiring frequent inspections or maintenance.
