New building of a financial institution

In the middle of the central financial centre of Senningerberg in Luxembourg, another new building was constructed for a financial institution: The Company specialises in fund services and acts as an efficient interface between product buyers and product providers. The expertise of the financial service provider covers the entire value chain in the area of funds, from fund procurement to custody and even commission management.

Lindner played a key role in the office fit-out of the Company and installed a number of system products from its own production. These include numerous elegant solutions such as the Lindner Life Freeze glass partitions, which skilfully combine aesthetics and functionality. The Lindner Logic 100 Timber partitions act as a visual counterpart with their real wood surface. To guarantee a pleasant and smooth air exchange in the rooms, Lindner Plus overflow elements have been integrated into the partition wall systems. The Lindner Group also installed a range of doors, including glass doors as well as wooden doors, which exceed the high sound insulation requirements. Lindner also provided a stable subfloor in the office areas with the LIGNA raised floor and the FLOOR and more® hollow floor. The so-called "Think Tanks" are a special highlight: Consisting of various Lindner glazings, these create a retreat for short meetings and creative work.
