Office Garden 3 is an office building and is part of Office Garden Park in Budapest. The office complex is located in one of the most rapidly developing areas of Budapest – in the District 11. This building was primarily constructed in terms of environmental awareness and sustainability. With 85.000 m² of office space, the Office Park provides comfortable and modern offices which can be rent by companies. On the ground floor of each building, there are restaurants to offer people a possibility to eat. Linder has already been involved in the construction of the previous buildings Office Garden 1 & 2 and was again chosen to build Office Garden 3. The office complex was equipped extensively with system floor for interior work. FLOOR and more was mainly laid to hide technical installations. NORTEC panels are used as inspection openings to have a prompt access to the installations despite the closed floor. Furthermore, Lindner metal ceilings were installed.
