The Primary and Secondary School of Berngau was brought in line with modern standards for educational establishments in the course of a three-year modernisation project. Ever since, the 160 pupils and teachers of the facility learn and work in an all-round comfortable environment with a well-considered colour concept. The building services have also been part of this comprehensive modernisation, which resulted in a cut of 50% in energy demand.
In this connection, an environmentally friendly and energy efficient heating system was installed, which dispenses its heat output into the rooms via Plafotherm® Plasterboard Heated and Chilled Cheilings: class rooms, handicraft class rooms, lunchtime child-care facilities, physics and IT class rooms, school kitchen and hallways are tempered in this way.
