The "Hamburger Welle" office and practice centre in the Hohenfelde district of Hamburg has a unique, wave-like shape, designed by Hadi Teherani Architekten. Located in the corner of Lübecker Straße, the building is divided into three parts, with two wings leading to a circular centre with an open courtyard. The curved shape of the building, combined with floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a particularly bright and pleasant atmosphere inside. Open floor plans offer flexible expansion options for individual offices, meeting rooms and team spaces.
The Lindner SE Design & Build division was responsible for the revitalisation of approx. 1,800 m² of rental space. In addition to the individual redesign with lots of colour and, above all, the integration of the tenant's corporate design, the company also relied on acoustically effective fit-out solutions as well as luminaires from Lindner's own production. Glass partition wall systems with matching glass doors, combined with high-quality wooden doors, provide the necessary separation of meeting rooms and offices. In the open areas, Lindner MUTE+ sound absorbers in round and square versions have been used in the open areas. These not only ensure better acoustics, but in combination with integrated Lindner Loop luminaires also increase visual comfort in the new office spaces.
