Lindner GmbH is a specialist for complete fit-out and construction-related services. The company executes custom project solutions in all of Austria, for example office buildings, hotels, hospitals and universities. In doing so, Lindner Austria uses the extensive programme of adaptable interior fit-out products by Lindner. 

In late 2016, the Austrian Automobile Association (ÖAMTC) inaugurated its new mobility centre in the 3rd City Department of Vienna. The members enjoy state-of-the-art workshops and a large service area for all associations’ services. About 800 employees moved into their new working environment. Furthermore, the building is also the new home of the air rescue service Christophorus 9. The working group of Lindner GmbH and Käfer Isoliertechnik GmbH conducted a large interior fit-out package during the construction of the building. This includes the performance areas dry construction, partition systems, ceiling systems, floor systems as well as custom solutions in the form of fire protection claddings and a custom substructure built with formed steel pipes. 

The 75 m tall Nouvel Tower contains a luxury hotel with a unique lighting, material and colour concept. Lindner developed and carried out various custom ceilings. Furthermore, ventilated raised floors with parquet covering and air-ducting metal ceilings have been installed.

The new headquarters of Erste Group Bank AG is situated in direct vicinity of the main station and Castle Belvedere. For the first time, all branches of the bank and all subsidiaries are represented on one site. The area of about 25.000 sqm was used for the construction of four buildings that provide space for a staff of 4,500 in an environment that features diverse architecture with an organic and undulating interplay. The Erste Campus is an important part of the new city quarter “Quartier Belvedere” with an urban mix of working and residential areas, recreation facilities as well as cultural and gastronomic options. Lindner GmbH formed a working group with rhtb: projekt GmbH, which was then responsible for the interior fit-out of Erste Campus.

Lindner was responsible for the interior fit-out of the Musiktheater Linz with all acoustical effective surfaces. We furnished the auditorium and the main rehearsal room with ceilings, floors, wall cladding and balcony fronts. The ceiling consists of NORIT-Industrial Boards, some of them with real wood veneer, which stand out due to the their complex 3D forms. Balcony fronts and and a 3D shaped, reflective wall cladding, coated in "beaten" gold, create a comfortable environment.

The new Skylink terminal at Vienna Airport connects directly to the existing airport. The new terminal building consists of two parts: The new south pier and the new terminal which provides check-in desks, a modern baggage sorting system, shops and restaurants. Lindner supplied a customised metal ceiling and fitted hollow floor systems, which withstand heavy loads.

Between the fairground, Prater and horse race track of Vienna, a 90,000 sqm complex was built for the University of Economics (Wirtschaftsuniversität) of Vienna. It consists of six buildings with a built-up area of 35,000 sqm. The remaining 55.000 sqm are used as a public realm. The university currently employs a staff of about 1,500 at a total of 25,000 students on campus. The campus does not only provide teaching facilities, libraries and offices, but also public domains such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, book stores, a kindergarten and sports centre. The working group Dry Construction WU Wien, consisting of Lindner GmbH and rhtb:projekt GmbH, conduted numerous interior fit-out works in the following buildings: Departments 1 (Teaching Center), Library and Learning Center, Departments 4, Executive Academy, Department 2 (Students Center), Departments 3 (Administration).
