Kessler + Co, a leading manufacturer of drive components used in heavy-duty vehicles, enjoyed a continuous growth in the last few years. Thanks to this development, the company slowly approached the maximum of its capacities at the headquarters in Abtsgmünd. Therefore, it was decided to re-erect the main administration building, creating the office areas necessary for future growth.

These office areas mainly consist of open spaces with rooms for meetings and individual working. Lindner fitted these areas with FLOOR and more® hollow floors and several coatings, including carpet, tilling and parquet. In order to separate these open spaces from each other, Lindner Life Contour 126 glass partitions were installed.

Kessler + Co also added a new entrance area to the building, featuring high-quality appearance and materials. One of the most uncommon quality features is the mastic coating of the Lindner hollow floors, which were installed in the whole area. Mastic coating is an expensive choice both in production and application. Combined with parquet areas, the room atmosphere noticeably benefits from this uncommon coating. In order to ensure full accessibility, the hollow floors were also implemented as special ramp constructions.
