1. The house is also occupied by other families. Please be considerate.
    
2. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
3. Each apartment has a storage room for skis, ski boots and hiking boots in the hallway. Please do not enter the apartment with these heavy shoes.
    
4. If you use the barbecue available for all apartments please clean it properly after using it. The next guests will appreciate it. The cold ash can be disposed in the residual waste container.

The waste containers for residual waste can be found at the back of the garden.

Please sort plastic, glass and paper and put it in public containers, for example in supermarkets.

If you have forgotten your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning. If you need to leave earlier, please inform the caretaker service, e.g. via WhatsApp/SMS. This will allow them more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other apartments.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Please turn the radiator thermostat to the frost protection symbol *. In summer you can turn it off completely.
• Remember to close all windows.

In Poprad, no tourist tax is levied.

Electrical

Each apartment is separately electrically secured.

The electrical fuse box of your apartment is located in the hallway inside the closet.

Heating

The house has underfloor heating, and each floor can be controlled with a separate thermostat. The thermostats are located near the staircase. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, which can be electronically controlled during the interim season.

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.
