1. The house is also occupied by other families. Please be considerate. Furthermore Thumersbach is a spa area and after 10 p.m. you should avoid noise in the garden.
    
2. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
3. As you will see upon your arrival, the house is situated at a more or less rapid mountain torrent, depending on the rain. Please advise especially your kids of the danger. 
    
4. For skiers, ski boots and hiking boots we have Hausprovided space in every apartment in the wardrobe. Please do not enter the apartment with heavy boots.
    
5. Snow shovels, brooms, barbecue, etc. can be found in the storage room at garden floor. Your house key also unlocks there. 
    
6. Your sports equipment, bikes, skis, ski boots etc. should be stored in the ski room. Your apartment key unlocks there, too. For your ski boots we have provided heated fixtures. Please do not bring your ski boots into the apartment.
    
7. For additional bicycles, we have installed a bar at the back of the house where you can lock your bikes. Please remind your children that it is not a climbing frame. Do not bring the bicycles into the apartments!
    
8. If you use the barbecue available for all apartments please clean it properly after using it. The next guests will appreciate it. The cold ash can be disposed in the separate ash container of metal.
    
9. In summer: Please water the folwers on your terrace/balcony.
    
10. During winter there might be a lot of snow. We have enough shovels at the ski room. Please dispose the snow into the torrent. For cleaning of the terrace and the path you can find brooms. 

The car park opposite the house belongs to your holiday home. Please close the chain after entering, as strangers might use it especially during main season.

In Thumersbach, there is waste separation. Please sort your waste accordingly:

• Plastic waste (yellow lid)
• General waste (gray lid)
• Organic waste (green lid)

There are waste bins at the vacation home in the small shed by the stream, and they are labeled.

One more request: When you crush plastic bottles, less space is taken up. The waste bins for general waste and plastic waste are emptied alternately only every two weeks!

At the small recycling center on Pocherweg - on the way to the lake/swimming pool, to the right of the stream - you can dispose of the following waste at any time:

• Glass
• Metal (cans, etc.)
• Cardboard
• Larger paper waste
• Plastic

If you have forgotten your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning. If you need to leave earlier, please inform the caretaker service, preferably via WhatsApp. This will allow them more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other apartments.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Please turn the radiator thermostat to the frost protection symbol *. In summer you can turn it off completely.
• Remember to close all windows.

In accordance with the tourist tax law, every guest must pay a tourist tax. Currently, this amounts to €2.05 per day for persons aged 16 and over. Persons up to and including 15 years old are exempt. Every guest must be registered at the tourist office within 48 hours!

As a Lindner employee (who has been assigned the apartment), you are responsible for ensuring that the registration forms are filled out and submitted on time!

Please fill out the registration forms provided in the apartment and submit them during your stay at the cultural center (at the Thumersbach marketplace, next to Gasthof Speisenmeisterei, formerly Loninghof), or place them in the designated registration box there (the yellow form remains in the apartment, the white and pink forms must be submitted).

The yellow forms will be removed from the apartment after your vacation week.

If you do not know your departure date upon arrival, fill out the duplicates separately and then submit the "Departure" duplicate additionally at the tourist office.

Please keep the "Guest Card" duplicate with you, as it offers some minor discounts.

The tourist tax will be paid directly to the municipality by the company and will be deducted from one of your upcoming paychecks.

Electrical

The main control switch for the electric circuit can be found in your apartment.

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.
