A finance company implemented a branch concentration measure in the Rhine-Main area. In this course, several floors were rented in the high-rise building Pollux, right next to the Frankfurt Trade Fair. In order to meet the future requirements of modern workplaces and work situations, the introduction of room-in-room systems was decided among other things. These are intended to accompany the overall impression of a modern work situation and above all to complement the high communicative capability of the open space by to bringing confidentiality close to the workplace in a largely open-plan space.
To meet these requirements, they opted for Lindner Cube solo. This room-in-room system offers high transparency through the consistent use of glass surfaces. On one side full partitions were fitted. This is for the purpose of acoustic regulation and moreover allows the integration of various connections, for example a video conference system. Ventilation and lighting are provided through the ceiling, controlled by a presence detector in this project. For additional confidentiality, various motifs were applied to the glass surfaces with adhesive films.
