With the raised floor system NORTEC, Lindner offers an optionally "climate-neutral" system. The main component of the floor system, a calcium sulphate panel, is manufactured in-house. Through continuous life cycle analysis, the main sources of CO2-emissions are analysed and reduced or even completely avoided by optimising processes. Investments in renewable energies and compensation counterbalance remaining emissions.
The raised floor system LIGNA is a CO2 sink: the use of wood-based LIGNA panels can therefore improve the CO2 balance of projects.
Moreover, the modularity of the floor systems makes it possible to realise multiple life cycles: Lindner supports this by offering a take-back guarantee as well as panel reconditioning and leasing options.
