The Lindner ECO® facade system sets the highest standards by combining the best thermal insulation and sustainability with the advantages of prefabricated construction. The facade is based on the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) principle, which means that the facade elements can be easily separated and recycled at the end of their life cycle. This makes the system particularly suitable for buildings seeking DGNB or LEED certification. The aluminium facade is also highly innovative thanks to its patented stainless steel clips and plastic pressure plates, which reduce the effects of thermal bridging while guaranteeing safety and durability.
Appearance, technology, function and economy – Lindner ECO® facades meet the highest demands in each of these areas. It is important to us that your individual ideas are incorporated into the facade. That's why our research and development department quickly and easily checks your wishes for technical feasibility, acoustic and thermal properties and develops project-specific solutions.
Thanks to a new insulation concept, the Lindner ECO® aluminium facade is particularly impressive in terms of thermal insulation and energy saving. The patented glass and panel moulding acts as an insulator, significantly reducing the thermal bridging effect of the glass edge seal. Facade shading and additional design elements must also be taken into account: An integrated stainless steel louvre fixing provides a remedy. For further thermal optimisation, a glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) flat is also available, which is inserted into the panel groove with a positive fit using stainless steel pins. The Lindner ECO® is also available with double insulating glass on request.
We guarantee that the glass and panel infills of our facade are impact resistant thanks to a unique spring clip attachment. The patented stainless steel leaf springs act as a mechanical safety device by providing the static connection between the infill panel and the load-bearing panel frame. They also ensure that the ECO® system is suitable for long-term use. Official test certificates also confirm this with regard to legal requirements in German-speaking countries.
From production to delivery, Lindner always considers the environmental impact of our facades: That's why, for example, our aluminium facades are free of SSG adhesives and PCV. We also ensure that the pre-treatment is chromium-free. Lindner ECO® also complies with current environmental requirements and DGNB and LEED certifications. At the end of their service life, the facade elements can be easily dismantled and recycled. This is also clearly documented in the Environmental Product Declaration and the Life Cycle Assessment of the Lindner ECO® facade.
Lindner ECO® facades can be extended on a modular basis. The solid basic structure of the unitised facade is retained.
