The neighboring buildings No. 58 and 62 in Zurich´s Bleicherweg are originally from the 70s, with construction in 1972 (No. 58) and 1978 (No. 62). Both properties have been extensively renovated, improving the room layout, building services, insulation and appearance in terms of sustainability. An anchor tenant from the consulting industry uses both buildings as headquarters for Switzerland, so that appropriate connections between the properties have been created.
The Swiss branch of Lindner SE has contributed to the renovation of the buildings Bleicherweg 58 and 62 with partition walls and doors. To create the spatial separation, Lindner Logic 100 metal metal partitions were used. Glass partitions of the type Lindner Life Stereo 125, which are integrated into the mural, ensure a pleasant degree of transparency. One challenge in the design was to shape the upper panels so that the numerous penetrations could be seamlessly integrated in the form of installations of building services. The wall systems are completed with integrated doors. These are two-fold wooden door leaves with 60mm or 65mm thickness in wooden frames. They convince visually with high-quality wood veneer, concealed hinges and matt nickel-plated lever handles, as well as functionally with sound insulation of up to Rw = 47 dB through floor and rebate seals. In some areas, metal wall claddings have been built with whiteboard varnish.
