The Research and Innovation Center (FIZ) of the BMW Group is in the process of being extensively renovated and will be for the coming years, preparing it for its future as one of the most modern development centres in the automotive industry. Lindner managed to qualify for several order packages, including the general contracting for the already completed refurbishment of buildings 14.4 and 14.5. In the next few years, several more of the juxtaposed, star-shaped buildings will follow. As part of this major project, Lindner offers a unique advantage as a general contractor with in-house expertise and capacity both for the interior fit-out and the planning and implementation of the building services. In addition, Lindner also brings its comprehensive range of products into the project, for example in building 14.5 the interior fit-out was implemented with Lindner floors, partitions as well as ceilings and integrated luminaires. The fit-out conceals the building services, which were mostly implemented by Lindner. The necessary insulation work was also provided by Lindner.
