BSH Research Centre

In the Swabian town of Dillingen, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH operates one of the world´s largest production plants for dishwashers. Over 2,300 employees produce an annual output of about two million units. The site in Dililngen also houses research facilities, and among those is a newly erected technology centre. With an investment of 16 million Euros, this construction endeavour created 18 laboratories and working places for 300 employees.
As a part of this project, Lindner was contracted with the production and installation of post-cap ceiling systems with heating and cooling technology. These systems have been installed in the open-space office areas and in the conference rooms, where they ensure comfortable and consistent temperatures.  Thanks to sophisticated ceiling radation technology in combination with process heat recirculation, the ceilings have become an important factor in the energy concept of the building.
