The new constructed extension of the Evangelic Ecclesiastical Office in Bavaria acts as a modern and functional addition to existing facilities. In regard of sustainability, the building is in a vanguard role by complying with DGNB Gold standards. The extension has connection elements to departments in neighbouring buildings, enhancing internal cooperation and short distances as a consequence. With its 90 offices, the building provides a modern working environment for over 100 employees.
Lindner took part in the interior fit-out works of the extension building and the "Stammhaus" (site of origin), a venerable building from 1929 used as an office building. The extension building´s office areas were solely fitted with Lindner hollow floor systems. Thanks to their variability, the in-house canteen could also be fitted with thetse systems. The central hallways of the building can be regarded as an all-in-one solution by Lindner: Plasterboard ceiling and wall systems with integrated lighting coves, wooden doors, hollow floors and glass partition systems. After its long years of installation, the parquet of the "Stammhaus" was fairly worn. Lindner was contracted with its modernisation.
