Fruh Packaging Inc., a leading company in the development and production of packaging solutions for medical devices, has opened a state-of-the-art production facility with ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms in Exton. This site enables the advancement of research and development in the USA. The new ISO 7 cleanroom ensures the highest product safety and meets stringent hygiene requirements. The new infrastructure also includes a goods-in inspection area, a label printing section, a final packaging area, and a warehouse.
The Lindner Group played a pivotal role in the expansion of the cleanrooms at this new facility. They supplied and installed cleanroom ceilings and specialised cleanroom lighting, which ensure optimal working conditions in the research areas. The movable cleanroom wall system, Multiclean CLVT, provides high transparency and flexibility through a variety of design options and the Multiclean CLVT 437 glazing with surrounding aluminium frames. Additionally, Lindner installed return air ducts, Swing MPH cleanroom doors, Filter Fan Units for air circulation and purification, as well as a material pass-through. Material supply was handled by Lindner SE, while installation was carried out in collaboration with our American installation partner.
