Guardian, Schützenstraße

Situated between Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie and Springer publishing house, the new construction "Guardian" lies in the historic newspaper quarter of Berlin. The architecture takes up the design of the buildings historic neighbours and interprets them in a modern way, which creates harmony and integration. The building houses 134 condominiums with an area from 40 to 180 sqm as well as five retail stores. Lindner AG was largely involved in the building´s interior fit-out.
