ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen; "Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations") is committed to peaceful and enriching coexistence between people and cultures worldwide. As a competence centre for international cultural relations, ifa connects civil societies, cultural practices, art, media and science. We initiate, moderate and document discussions on international cultural relations.
Some of these events are held in the ifa´s own facilities. However, due to their decades of history, the facilities of the ifa main building sometimes require redevelopment in order to meet today´s standards in regard of functionality and appearance. For this reason, one of the event floors of the institute has been refurbished and fitted with Floor and more® hollow floors and parquet coating. Lindner was also contracted with the renovation of existing parquet areas.
