The newly built Audi car dealership of Jepsen Group in Neutraubling extends the capacities of the Group´s headquarters in the neighbouring town of Regensburg. The dealership was erected in a mere 8 months of construction time and required an investment volume of about 9 million Euros. It features a showroom for 15 new cars, an in-house garage and 170 used cars on display. Jepsen Group employs a workforce of 34 at this branch.
The showroom of the dealership features the latest models of Audi. Displayed in an open room with modern interior design, up to 15 new cars await their prospective drivers. In order to ensure effective temperature control in the showroom and the adjacent office and consulting areas, Lindner was contracted with the supply and installation of Plafotherm® GK HEKDA plasterboard heating and cooling ceilings.
