The Austrian producer of motorcycles KTM has set up its headquarters for Scandinavia in the Swedish town of Örebro. It provides spaces for administration as well as sales floors for the presentation of KTM motorcycles.
The building´s facade was developed in a cooperation between Brunkeberg Systems AB and Lindner Fassaden GmbH. The innovative Brunkeberg® System ads vertical rails to the curtain wall of the building, providing a method for faster, safer panel installation, and material handling on the construction site. The panels are then lifted within the guides. Only a staff of two was required for the fitting of the panels, while each panel only took about 5 minutes for installation. Lindner Fassaden GmbH´s extensive production capacities have been used to manufacture the panels. By choosing the Brunkeberg® System, several risks had been reduced during the fitting process while speeding up the installation considerably.
