The "Lux Berlin | Mitte" lives up to its name in two ways: with large scale panoramic windows, up to 5 meters in width, the facade of the new construction is highly transparent, letting much natural light illuminate the interiors. On the other hand, the Lux sets new standards in regard of luxury: prestigious location with immediate proximity to Unter den Linden and Friedrichstraße; modern design with high-quality interior fit-out - the qualities differentiate the Lux from other upper class buildings. It houses a total of 64 apartments with an area between 55 and 312 sqm. Lindner AG was responsible for dry construction works for ceilings and walls. Furthermore, Lindner installed chilled ceilings that allow for cozy temperature control.
