Founded in 1898 as a gasworks, nvb GmbH has evolved into a modern and versatile energy provider over the decades. Today, the company supplies the county of Bentheim and adjacent regions with environmentally friendly energy, heat and fresh drinking water. The new building houses a modern customer centre, offices for over 40 employees and meeting as well as conference rooms.

The Lindner Group, in cooperation with LEX Beschläge und Baubedarf, made a significant contribution to creating a pleasant working environment with optimum acoustic conditions in nvb's new customer centre on Gildkamp. The customer centre on the ground floor is divided in such a way that it provides both open areas for quick processing of customer concerns and secluded spaces for discreet consultation discussions that require more tranquillity. 

To ensure that even conversations in the open areas are not disturbed by noise, Lindner MUTE+^® Acoustic Baffles have been installed as additional sound protection. These were executed as vertically suspended acoustic elements in three different shades of grey and heights, creating a wave-like structure when viewed from the front. With their variety of colours and textures, as well as their good sound absorption, the MUTE+^® board B40 Acoustic Baffles significantly contribute to creating a positive room atmosphere.
