A modern office, administration and commercial building was built at Ritterstraße 16-18, in the middle of Berlin's famous Rollkutschenviertel. Due to the high density of companies and manufacturing businesses, the location is perfect for all established as well as up-and-coming companies – such as HelloFresh, that moved into the building complex as a tenant. The colour concept of the innovative food supplier is also reflected in the premises: The office worlds shine in fresh yellow, green and pink.
Lindner was involved in all seven floors of the building. The tasks included a wide range of trades, from coating the underground car park to screed, insulation and painting work, signage and much more. In the process, some Lindner products also moved into the interiors: The CAVOPEX hollow floor and NORTEC raised floor were fitted with high-quality floor coverings and installed in almost all areas. For the separation of the individual office rooms, the Lindner Life Contour 126 glass partition was used in combination with high-quality interior doors, some of which were designed with fire protection. Walls and ceilings made of dry lining complete the service package. The highlight of the interior fit-out is the metal wall cladding in lamella construction, which makes the lift vestibules an exciting eye-catcher.
