In the traditional linear economy, resources are wasted due to the short lifespan of products and large amounts of waste are produced. This way of operating is not only inefficient in terms of resource use, but also has a significant negative impact on global ecosystems.
The Circular Economy offers an alternative. It provides companies with the opportunity to conserve resources, secure competitive advantages, and increase their resilience to external influences. In a Circular Economy, waste is not simply disposed of, but processed and reused to reduce the amount of waste and utilise resources within the supply and value chain. The goal is to reduce and prevent waste, and dispose of residual waste properly. By slowing down, reducing, and closing energy and material cycles, the aim is to minimise resource use, energy waste, and environmental impact.
There is nothing standing in the way of future changes in room usage: With our modular system and coordinated, circular fit-out products, you can quickly adapt your spaces to new requirements.
Furthermore, Lindner now offers suitable sustainable business models in line with circular construction called LinLoop. This allows you to rent our fit-out systems for (lease) periods of five to ten years. For longer-term projects with utilisation periods of ten to 30 years, there is the option to purchase the systems and enter into a return agreement with us. This way, you save on dismantling and disposal costs and actively contribute to CO2 savings and resource conservation. This is not only good for your balance sheet, but also good for the environment.
