The AFI Vokovice administration building in Prague, Czech Republic, is certified with LEED Platinum and offers 14,000 m² office and retail space. A total of 11,000 m² Lindner floor systems were installed there.

The Prague architectural firm DAM.architekti was responsible for planning the project: divided into two buildings, the lower building forms the curved body, the vertical, high building is designed as the head of the complex. A quiet inner courtyard including a green park with seating was created between the buildings. The six and eight floors of the buildings are supplemented by an underground car park with a capacity for 285 parking spaces.

In addition to flexible solutions for modern office spaces and state-of-the-art technology, AFI Vokovice offers innovative architecture with a focus on sustainability: LEED Platinum certification was aimed for and achieved – with the topic of energy efficiency playing a special role.

The Lindner raised floor systems LIGNA and NORTEC as well as the hollow floor system FLOOR and more® are installed in the building. The floor panels guarantee the lowest possible emission values: The Institute of Building Biology in Rosenheim, Germany, recommends FLOOR and more® as an environmentally friendly building material. The raised floor system NORTEC is the world's first floor system to be Cradle to Cradle® silver certified.
