1. The house is also occupied by other families. Please be considerate.
    
2. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
3. The apartments are equipped with an air conditioner. Please take care that windows and doors are closed when using it.
    
4. Please do not use the balcony and terrace chairs on the beach.
   Please bring the patio furniture inside the apartment if it rains.
    
5. If you use the barbecue available for all apartments please clean it properly after using it. The next guests will appreciate it. Please have a barbecue only at the provided BBQ area. The cold ash can be disposed in the aluminium container located at the barbecue area (upper corner of the building).
   

   Grilling on the terrace is NOT permitted! Please dispose of the cold ash in the aluminum container at the grill area.
   The grill is located at the back of the house.

6. Water from any tap in the whole house is not for drinking. Please buy water in the supermarket or you can also get spring water from the mountains for free at the entrance of the Paklenica national park (approx. 1km from the main road).

7. The house is equipped with a central vacuum system. In each apartment, you will find a vacuum hose. When you firmly insert it into the respective white socket in the lower wall area of the rooms, it makes contact to activate the central system.
   A separate vacuum cleaner is available upstairs.

Please park in a way that allows the guests of the other apartment to have space for parking and unparking.

The trash bin is located at the driveway (main road). It is emptied every Tuesday and Friday.

At the moment, there is no requirement for waste separation.

If you forget your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen available. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning. If you need to leave earlier, please inform the caretaker service e.g. via WhatsApp/SMS.. This will allow them more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other apartments.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Remember to close all windows.

Before the start of your trip, you submitted your data via email. The tourist tax registration has already been completed by the Croatian colleagues.

Electrical

Every apartment is separately electrically interlocked.

The electrical fuse box at garden floor and middle floor is located at the entrance. At upper floor it is located in the technical room. As this room is locked please call the house keeper if needed.

Heating

If you want the heating to be switched on please ask the caretaker service.

The warm water is produced via solar cells on the roof.

Please place the sun loungers inside the property in front of the fence and stack them. If the chairs are placed on the seaside, they are thrown against the rocks and break due to strong winds and gusts.

When using the open fireplace/grill in the kitchen, please ensure the following, as otherwise there may be a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning:

• Turn off the air conditioning
• Open/tilt a window

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.
