Sustainability and digitalisation are the central topics of our time. Ideally, they go hand in hand and are linked together into holistic solutions for a healthier, climate-neutral and secure future. Therefore, the Lindner Group will not only showcase forward-thinking concepts and products for the entire interior fit-out at BAU from 13th to 17th of January 2025, but also digital solutions for the optimisation of construction sites and building processes. The new stand concept at booth A2.103 also offers plenty of space for inspiration and exchange.

Update Sustainability: Material and Product Optimisation for More Sustainable Room Concepts

The Lindner Group’s goal is to always be one step ahead – whether in product development or in new business models, aligned with the evolving requirements towards a circular economy. Therefore, the focus of Lindner products is on topics such as circularity, modularity, and flexibility, combined with a focus on reduced CO2 levels and resource conservation.

At BAU 2025 the Lindner Group will showcase product highlights such as the new glass partition system Life Stereo_GCC, featuring profiles made from 75 % natural fibres (wood-based material German Compact Composite), and the flexible, reusable floor parquet VENEERline flex with a magnetic underlay.

Proven systems with a fresh "look" will also be featured, including the refurbished floor panels LOOP prime, the flexible, reusable sound absorbers MUTE+® in their "wings" version, developed in collaboration with renowned designer Simon Busse, and combined with lights from the Lindner lighting factory. Other innovative products include a textile heating and cooling ceiling element in cooperation with Kvadrat Acoustics and a design channel for technical installations from Lindner's subsidiary, PARC Ceilings.

Another highlight is the flexible and modular room-in-room system CAS Rooms, which offers numerous design and modification possibilities through a wide range of surface options. Many other Lindner product samples, such as the Lindner lightweight panels COMP+ and FIREwood, will also be on display at the stand.

To truly close the loop for Lindner products or enable their reuse in other construction projects, Lindner offers various take-back and rental models for reversible interior fit-out systems for ceilings, floors, and walls under the LinLoop programme. These will also be presented at the stand.

Tenant Fit-out – Design & Build

The holistic approach is evident throughout the entire construction process: Lindner not only develops and supplies the appropriate building products but also takes on the construction execution. In the area of tenant fit-out Design & Build, Lindner is happy to support clients with comprehensive consulting during the concept and idea development phases. By combining product development, manufacturing, and fit-out, Lindner creates efficient and flexible solutions that ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

Digital Solutions for a More Sustainable and Efficient Construction Industry

Lindner is also addressing another future topic with the development of digital tools and smart solutions that optimise construction processes from planning to assembly, making them more climate-friendly and safer. To this end, Lindner has developed new apps and software, including the digital subcontractor management system inGo for construction sites. With inGo, all documents are securely managed in a wallet app. Paperless processes and minimal checks make workflows on-site more efficient. Streamlined, faster, and future-proof – inGo is revolutionising the construction industry.

The user-friendly project management tool Metronom allows all relevant planning and execution processes to be easily, transparently, and collaboratively created. This enables realistic and dynamic project plans that take into account the ideal processes of different areas.

Quote from Heinrich Büchner, Managing Director of Lindner Group, on BAU 2025
"To successfully and, most importantly, quickly implement the transformation of the construction industry, solutions are needed that best combine the two future topics of sustainability and digitalisation. It is not enough to simply design and manufacture products in a more sustainable way and optimise processes on construction sites; above all, a shift in thinking must occur. For this, the willingness of all involved parties is required to embrace new solutions and sometimes choose the initially more difficult path. For it becomes clear: what seems like extra effort in the short term will be rewarded with added value in the long run."
